Measuring 3.375” x 2.125” (the size of a credit card) and 30 mil thick, CR80 ID cards are graphic quality and are the standard, most commonly used plastic card size. PVC Cards are designed for use in direct-to-card printers, with the more durable Composite ID Cards able to withstand the high heat of retransfer printing technology and lamination.
