Fully printed oversized event credentials are produced in a single print pass when all design details and user information are obtained in advance. Unlike hybrid pre-printed frame designs, these badges are entirely prepared before the event and require attendees to pre-register to collect all information (names, titles, photos, access levels, etc.) for pre-event printing. The finished passes are often printed well before the event and handed out as registered attendees sign in.
Pre-registration is crucial since these badges cannot accommodate last-minute changes. Ideal for events with stable attendance, they streamline check-in and provide a polished, professional look but lack the flexibility of on-site customization. Fully-printed event badges are best suited for events with finalized attendee lists and strict access control.
