Quality + On-Site Printing!

Event Badge Design & Branding

Hybrid Pre-Printed Frame Design (CR80-sized print area)

Looking for an event badge that offers the branding space of a large-format badge, the professional look of a dye-sub design, and the flexibility to print and encode attendee data on-site—all in one step? Hybrid Pre-Printed Frame Event Badges are the perfect solution.

Pre-print the front frame area and/or fully-printed back side to showcase logos in vibrant colors, event branding, and sponsor recognition. You can also incorporate visual security features such as custom shapes and holograms. These professionally printed cards are then shipped with a blank CR80-sized area, allowing you to print attendee data and encode access control technology in-line at your event.

This pre-printing approach ensures high-quality graphics, while the oversized format enhances visibility, making roles and access levels easy to identify. Durable and visually striking, these event badges combine style and functionality—ideal for conferences, trade shows, and other events with varying attendance. Plus, they often double as keepsakes, extending your event’s branding impact.

Fast Print Speeds!

Event Badge Design & Branding

Fully-Printed Design (lite)

Fully-Printed Designs (lite) will provide a high-quality print can cover up to 98% of the card, leaving a thin white (non-printed) border around the outside edges. This option is cheaper and prints faster than the “full-bleed version”, but should be used with lighter (non-heavy ink) designs to ensure a beautiful print.

Fully-printed oversized event credentials are produced in a single print pass when all design details and user information are obtained in advance. Unlike hybrid “pre-printed frame designs”, these badges are entirely prepared before the event and require attendees to pre-register to collect all information (names, titles, photos, access levels, etc.) for pre-event badge printing. The finished passes are often printed well before the event and handed out as registered attendees sign in — however, the fast print speeds allow for on-demand prints as well!

Fully-printed event badges are best suited for events with finalized attendee lists.
