HID Crescendo smart cards are the latest and greatest secure credentials offered from HID Global. The 2300 and 3000 contactless models are the goal for the most secure applications, but legacy contact cards are available to support established infrastructure, and dual contact/contactless cards can facilitate an enterprise-wide seamless migration.

Used by Government industries for top-secret info, AES-256 is the hallmark of the HID Crescendo 3000 model of contactless smart card.
