They feature a clear vinyl front and a textured orange peel back for easy card insertion. Holders have .010″ thick vinyl in front and .030″ thick vinyl in back.  Inside: 4.00″ x 2.85″. Outside: 4.30″ x 3.56″. The Textured Back Vinyl Badge Holder Government/Military Size has standard slot/chain holes for easy ID badge accessory attachment.
